Mega Pan App ("the App") is a workforce attendance and schedule management application intended for use by employees of registered companies.

The App is not intended for public registration. User accounts are created and managed by authorized company administrators.

In most cases, the employer using the App acts as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing employee data.

PAXORA SRL acts as a Data Processor, providing the technical infrastructure and services necessary to operate the App on behalf of the employer.

Data processing activities are governed by contractual agreements between PAXORA SRL and the employer.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

  • Company affiliation
  • User ID

Accounts are created by the employer or system administrator.

B. Schedule Information

  • Assigned work schedule
  • Planned shift times
  • Attendance status

This information is provided by the employer or system administrator.

C. Location Data (Collected at Check-In and Check-Out)

When a user taps the "Check In" and "Check Out" buttons, the App collects:

  • Precise GPS location
  • Date and time of check-in
  • Date and time of check-out

Location is collected only at the moment the user performs a check-in or check-out action and is not continuously tracked in the background.

Location data is used solely to:

  • Verify attendance at the assigned workplace
  • Record deviations (e.g., late check-ins, early check-outs)
  • Maintain attendance logs for employer review

The App does not perform background location tracking and does not collect location data when the user is not actively performing a check-in or a check-out.

D. Log Information

We store system logs related to attendance events, including:

  • Check-in timestamp
  • Check-in location coordinates
  • Check-out location coordinates
  • Late check-in status (if applicable)
  • Early check-out status (if applicable)
  • Device-related technical data (for security and audit purposes)

3. How We Use the Information

We use collected data to:

  • Authenticate users
  • Display assigned schedules
  • Record attendance
  • Verify check-in and check-out location accuracy
